Audio will not open

Try a standard MP3 or WAV under 20 MB. Some M4A and WebM codecs depend on browser support. Export a shorter clip and check the original player before generating.

The microphone is blocked

Open your browser’s site permissions, allow microphone access, and reload. The page must use HTTPS outside local development. If recording still fails, upload a voice memo instead.

I paid but downloads are locked

Return to the same browser used for checkout and wait for payment confirmation. If you changed devices, sign in with the same verified email on the Account page. Do not start another subscription while an existing payment is pending. Manage billing can show your subscription and invoices.

My sign-in code has not arrived

Check your email address and spam folder. Codes expire in 10 minutes. Wait 60 seconds before requesting a new code, then use the latest code in the browser that requested it. No password is needed.

My preview expired

Audio access lasts for one hour. Generate a new take and download it before expiry. Temporary storage is not a project archive.
